Afraid of change
I've been afraid of change for as long as I know it and it's messing up my whole progression right now. So I was wondering, how can I stop being afraid of things changing?

Change is never easy, and it's something that I struggle with at times as well. When I come across that change is coming, I reflect on if it's a positive change or a negative. If it's positive then I try to remind myself, that it's for the best of myself. Even those it's something I may not want to do at all, some steps I take from there is small steps to that change. It could be as simple as going to bed earlier, to have a positive impact on myself to have more energy. Including having a friend make sure that I keep doing that behavior change. I'm more likely to keep doing it, if someone else is there to make sure that I am doing it as a whole.
