What are your motivators?
I know depression can be very good at making people unmotivated, but what keeps you motivated when you're feeling down?
For me, I like to listen to some music and talk to friends about how I'm feeling! Talking to friends can be a good way to get my sad feelings out and they help me stay positive!

Thanks for tagging me! There are a few things that motivate me. They're usually instagram pages that make graphic or digital arts and spread mental health awareness or motivational mantras and quotes! ❤ I also like listening to some music that I love! Talking to friends sometimes help as well c:
Nothing at this point. I've completely given up.
When it comes to motivation, its always nice to have some and more work usually does get done when I'm motivated.
Here's the issue with motivation that I've noticed is that its much like the weather, some days its beautiful and I'm enjoying everything that I'm doing. Other days are dark and gloomy because I don't want to do squat and naturally less work gets done.
To find some motivation/inspiration, I use social media tools like https://photosfortag.com/htag/motivator/ . Always can find something that get me motivated.
I used exercise for my depression. But I've hit a slump in depression of not doing anything.
