Ways to deal with depression

Just looking for what really works for other people as I am completely out of ideas.

Aw, I hope you're okay <3 I've been doing creative journaling lately. I find that writing is a great way of expressing yourself, and you can do more than just write about how you feel. You can write stories, make bullets/lists of things you'd like to do, etc. You can also doodle. It ends up taking a lot of my time, and during that time, my mind is just focused on that, and it helps me shift my thoughts a little. I wouldn't say that it makes the depression go away, but it's helps keep the mind occupied in a constructive way.
