Grateful that I can share here about my problems quietly without getting jumped on :) I'm serious. I have no one to talk to in my life, absolutely no one, so I am grateful to have this place.

I am grateful that my son took a really long nap and I was able to take it easy today. I feel rested.

I'm glad that i got enough sleep last night. I feel good and healthy today.

I'm glad I did volunteer work with my friends today.

I am grateful for all the love I receive

I managed to find common ground and really relate to people today at a heart to heart level. The day ended badly with family triggered doubt and Im now stuck trying to not obsess over my feelings of low self worth and self esteem. Trying to find the good that happened today so I dont fall back into old patterns of self loathing and hating.

Grateful for all the wonderful therapy animals I have. God bless dogs & cats ❤️

I'm grateful for the positive members of my family

I am grateful today for one of the only people that stayed by me through thick and thin George, my boyfriend. I am thankful for heat it's been cold, For getting another chance, another day to start over fresh and new and lots more etc... I am going to dedicate the song "Stand by me" by: Ben E. King to him.
