One word to describe how I feel today is....

Grateful for The Lord, My family and Friends and 7cups !

I'm David. I've been fighting depression caused by my divorce a long time ago. Specifically the depression is caused by the fact that I moved out of the house leaving my three young daughters. The guilt almost killed me but I was conciously unaware of it. I was impotent for years. Now,over ten years later, the guilt is still here. I now realize it will not ever go away.

So I have to compartmentalize it. Put it away somewhere in my head and let it go. Very hard to do.
