I feel a lot of things. Loneliness. Fear. Guilt. Strangely enough, I have a hint of confidence about something, but when I recognize that confidence I scoff at my stupidity and feel even more upset.

Please dont do it. I know that life sucks right now and nothing seems right , but you should never give up. You should NEVERGIVE UP ON YOU. Suicide does not end the chances of life getting worse. Suicide eliminates the possibility of it ever getting better.

Just Dont do it. Im here for you!

I ell like a worthless piece of crap. Like nothing cares and that life is not worth living because I have to face the pain of it. Every day is a new battle and this solider is going down.

I know it's hard right now, but things will get better, trust me.. I've been through some crap, still going through some, I'm struggling like a mf EVERY SINGLE DAY, it's hard to keep a smile on your face and be strong, yes I know hun, I do.I've tried over dosing on several occasions and that didn't get me anywhere but illand it just made me feel worst because I wanted todie, my social anxiety has gotten worst, I'm being psycholog, verbally and mentally bullied, I'm depressed, I'm an insomniac and even have a slite case of OCD, I understand the pain, but I am here. If you want to talk, I'm here. Pray ask for guidance and if your not into that then try meditating or yoga, or go for long walks, do something fun that you'll enjoy. Remember to always self care. You have a lot of people who CARE AND LOVE you, remember that, even if you feel like your alone, someone is there for you. Be safe. Keep you head up. Stand your grown. Stay strong. You have to crawl before you learn to walk. Baby steps, baby steps. *BIG WARM TENDER HUG*

Its okay. Your not pathetic! You are amazing and I bet your caring! I don't know you guys but you are not as bad as you guys think you are. Pwease don't cut. Not to sound like a hypocrite but I'm trying to stop cutting to. Pwease your not worthless you'll make someone happy one day!

Dont do it, please. Self-harming is never the solution. I know life sucks right now, but you need to keep your hopes up high that everything is going to get better. Instead of cutting try to do some exercise , go for long walks , listen to your favourite band , dance , whatever... has long as you dont hurt yourself. Trust me thats never the solution.
