really struggling today ....
can't seem to get a grasp on my feelings to pin point a single strong emotion it's all just a mess in there
Hi there @sinkinganddisappearing, sounds like you were experiencing a multitude of feelings at the same time that made it difficult for you to *feel* and become aware of a significant emotion.
It can be quite overwhelming when all the feelings come our way at once.
I've heard some people like to journal their thoughts and feelings when there's a lot of them, so as to get a better grasp on it (if they are ready to get the grasp on at the time, that is), some also like to talk to people they can trust, or even if it's about talking to listeners here. Is there something that helps when you are feeling the same, also what are your thoughts on trying the above?
