goodSkies3935 Saturday

I’m in a spot where idk what to do. I don’t want to do anything but sleep and I’m constantly tired no matter what. I feel like im alone and I’m tired of trying at times. What do you di to distract your mind or pull yourself up a little?

RedWell Saturday

I’ve been in that state thru 2 long eras in life.

it’s really important every day for me to See some good full sunshine in the morning. If I possibly can, Go to three different venues during the day as early as possible, Maybe just a store , Then a place where people walk around, Then a bookstore, Even riding an elevator up and down where Different people Enter and exit. Just any three places even for just five or 10 minutes each Where there are new faces around. And I just tried to say hi with a tiny little smile To at least three new people every day, And at least one of them will say hi back as we pass by. Somehow, it builds courage, And some hope.

But way more important than that is, I have to pray. I will just talk to God several times per day and lots of times it’s just with my eyes open and I’m just telling God what’s really on my mind even if it hurts to do it. Sometimes I close my eyes and pray And I really feel like God just gives me this tiny boost of energy or some calm feeling or even that my body pain reduces for a moment while I’m in prayer. I really think God is there, and I really think he listens to us being honest And even though my depression is better now when I thought it was so hopeless before , I’m not going to stop praying because Wow I think he really is listening to us and I would never give up that feeling!

and I’m really praying for you right now that you will really try praying Every day this week and hopefully passing by and smiling at somebody knew every day for just a moment!

I can empathize with you. And the answer to your question is dopamine. Our brains need to release dopamine to help fight the listlessness and fatigue you are feeling. Try a morning routine that ends in a favorite breakfast, drink, or satisfying action. Dopamine dressing can help you stay out of bed. Sometimes my mom puts on her favorite wedding guest dress just to sit in front of the computer and read her email! It sure does cheer her up! And last but not least, watch videos of epic fails! It’s bound to get you smiling and ready for the next activity. Best of luck to you! Hugs
