I feel like I'm drowning in my own life and it's suffocating and exhausting and I wish I could just give up but I know that's not an option

@sinkinganddisappearing You are not alone, I'm going through this as well. We have to keep trying one day at a time, it's really difficult but the storm will pass. I struggle with even completing simple tasks everyday and life stressors are just piling up.
