Nightmares

LabeledBPD October 31st

Nightmares seem outside our control, are they?

has anyone made worthwhile links to causation and therefore solutions?

even if no answers to the above questions, please if you’d like to share your nightmares?

We sleep a third of our life going on wakefulness hours being two to one, and with such opportunities it likely materialises.

the mind during  sleep I think needs to be listened to at as it a substantial part of life.

so nightmares, what are yours, how do you deal with them and do you recognise any relation to waking life’s events and causation?

@LabeledBPD I used to have a recurrent nightmare of falling into a pit of fire. I believe it was related to my religious upbringing. What helped me was soothing instrumental music before bed and avoiding caffeine after 4pm.
