I thought it was getting better but I just distract myself but the truth is I feel so terrible I’m so tired of waking up and feeling bad. I try my hardest to distract myself so it’ll go away and it dosent there’s always something or someone to remind me that I’ll always feel this way

Identify, Analyse and then take steps to make the situation better and yourself better.
