The stress the pain, the anger, the aggression, the sadness, the doubt the loss of confidence the bad side of life and I'm stuck and it's everyday why just why does life want to punish me so painfully?

Please can someone tell me what goes on in their life I can't do this alone it's too much I'm being pushed towards the edge and I can't take anymore of this negativity I just cannot live like this it's got to that point and I've had enough.

@imaginativeWest3273 I’m sorry you’re feeling so bad right now. When we feel like this our vision narrows and we can only focus on the painful thoughts and those lead to more painful thoughts. If you can breath in and let your feelings be feelings - feelings detached from thoughts - it may help you get a little more calm. If you can believe that right now you can’t see answers but answers might be there. Breath in and think, “maybe it can be ok, maybe soon, maybe I’ll find relief.” Sometimes we just need to breath in, curl up in a blanket, cry, believe that maybe it will get better. Sometimes we need this pause in order to have enough energy to figure out whatever next step might be best.

@imaginativeWest3273

I complete relate to the rollercoster of emotions you are feeling. I have been on this ride for a few months now. Things will get better, it helped me to take one day at a time and focus on the things I can control. I focused on taking care of me physically, mentally and emotionally.

We'll have good days and bad days, eventually more good than bad, but its ok when we have the bad days, we are human, driven by emotions, we can only allow our emotions to be felt and then get back up and keep going. One step at a time, one day at a time.

I hope this helps and that you start to feel a little better.
