          It is difficult sometimes as listeners are both volunteer and all over in different time zones etc... it is more useful if a person leaves messages and they are responded to when the listener is able to.  this is not ideal if you have issues you want feedback asap but if you find a good match it can be helpful.

or if item can be discussed in general ......people on the forums often have some helpful feedback.
