@conscientiousScarf1025 Pay attention to what your mind was telling you when you started to feel depressed. Whatever it was, it was a cognitive distortion. Look for resources on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and depression. It can help you deal with the cognitive distortions before they fester into longer lasting depression.
