I think many people feel this at times ....

what would a day in bed do for you?    would items you do not want to deal with disappear?   What opportunity could you miss out on?

skipping a day just will put off items you want to avoid until tomorrow ...... and then cycle starts all over where you may want to stay in bed and skip the day again ....is there a limit ... a week in bed ... 2 weeks?

That is how depression works ..... we kick it done the road and then are ticked / or mad of the time we lost and it just grows like mold.

Hello. There have been a lot of days where I feel like this too and that's okay. It's normal to want to be alone and get away from the world when you are feeling really down or depressed. But it's important that you don't let these feelings overwhelm you and  affect your every day life. I think practicing self-care can make a difference in how you feel. Doing things you enjoy like listening to music, reading, going for a walk, taking a relaxing bath can help you relax and recharge during difficult days. I hope you are feeling a little better now and remember to take care of yourself.
