I feel so alone. Because I decided to cheat and be selfish only thinking about myself and not thinking about how my family and children would feel. I feel unwanted by my partner because I broke their heart and trust.

You made a mistake. It is something that human brains do. Beating yourself up for an extended period of time just hurts you and your family more. What kinds of active steps are you going to try to take to fix things? @neonPear2244
