memory loss
my depression has caused me to have terrible memory loss. i will eat breakfast, then minutes later forgot if i have eaten or not. i'm so confused and lost all of the time. i can't even get through treatment correctly because i forget everything i learn. how do i get my memory back? any tips?
Hi. I'm so sorry you are going through that. It is important to sleep well and have a healthy diet. Regular physical activity (even as simple as going for a walk), mental activities (e.g. sudokus, crosswords, one that gives you pleasure), socialization, being more conscious/having more attention to the present moment with mindfulness exercises and doing one thing at a time helped me when I had memory loss due to depression.
