Hey, BearAttack. Just saw this post for the first time. I felt bad that nobody ever responded so wanted to let you know I saw it. Maybe someone reached out to you privately and you've found a really great support person (or two). If not, know that all of the listeners on this site are volunteers, so many are available as our schedules allow. Becoming available immediately is tough. For instance, I'm kind of a weekends-only volunteer. I hope by now you have figured out that you can sign on and make a general request any time, 24/7, and typically one of our awesome listeners will respond within 2 minutes or so. I wish you the best.
