I'm just so over everything. Got a demotion at work and then not on schedule. Basically fitikg me without firing me.

Just too much. My therapist dipped out on me. My job is demoting me cuz I'm having panic attacks and now I'm. Or on schedule after my supposed demotion is effective. That's basically firing me.
