@MeeraJasmine A good workout usually makes me feel better. I don't get an exercise high anymore but I usually do feel better if I put in a workout, whether or not it's just a regular one, or I feel like, "Ugh, I don't want to exercise) or if I feel down.
Watching silly videos of babies or animals (or both) helps me too.
