@Sinely No, it isn't if it is made on lawful and decent way.
@Sinely I Do not gamble. It is for personal reasons.
If it's done occasionally and with reasonable amounts of money, that's ok. Some people find it fun and there's nothing inherently bad in it. But people should always be very careful to only gamble with small amounts - or bigger ones if they are rich but always within reasonable limits. It can also become an addiction very easily, everyone should be aware of the risk and how to recognize the signs of addiction at an early stage. But otherwise, if it's just an harmless game, it's ok!
Well, concepts like this are very subjective and are dependent on relativity, first of all.
My personal opinion on this is that as long as it's healthy & rational, doesn't include addiction or any kind of law related problem, why not! Could be fun! (:
Yes, not morally but logically yes. You must be stupid to gamble if mathematically you know you will lose whenever you draw the line, simple as that.
Unless you go into cheating which is smth else😉 but pure gambling is just that, pure stupidity or a good entertainment if you don't do it for money in a game of backgammon, yahtsee or cards or rumi...the thrill of what you will get...do it for money and is your doom for sure...
I think it depends on that how it affects you. If you control it and know how much you can afford to lose and be ready for it, then its ok. But if it controls you and if you play it to make money that is a very bad thing.
What is bad? I think this depends on the person and situation itself.
In our modern world of internet many people play online games including casino games. I think there is nothing bad, of course if you will not lose all you funds:)
I think it’s okay if you are not spending money you can’t afford to and that you have a limit and stop at that.
Unfortunately, a lot of people become addicted to gambling. But also, a lot of people play without issues and make money this way. I guess you won't understand what exactly you think about gambling until you try it.
