Who else is under lockdown or other restrictions currently?

I'm dealing with the opposite, not enough restrictions. There are some, but ptetty much all businesses are a go, including places like nightclubs. What has stopped? Organ transplants, most surgeries, proper ICU care.

@AffyAvo my state has a lot of restrictions; and just reduced surgery in half in the last few days .... but our numbers are still rising even with the restrictions
