Festivals and holidays are a tools to give us a break from monotonous life. Which also means to give a shine to our creativity, enjoyment, love of life, social involvement and much more.๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽ„

India is a country of festivals. Here festival means

Colours๐ŸŽจ, sweets๐ŸŽ, music๐ŸŽถ, dances,

getting together๐Ÿ™, crackers๐Ÿงจ, lights๐Ÿ•ฏ , kites๐Ÿช

lot of stories๐Ÿ—ฃ behind them

and traditional practices.๐ŸŽญ

festivals in india are celebrated differently in various parts of it.

Same festivals have different names.

Some festivals are celebrated in the whole India where some are local.

So here we are , having a platform to celebrate life through festivals and holidays.

So I invite my community members to tell

which festivals they like most.

And how do you celebrate them.

There are many aspects of a festivals Some of the points for each festival may be:

Creativity in various forms

Story telling

Traditions

New ways

Central theme

Values for Humanity โคโคโค

Please suggest more points!!! . We will discuss, play games, tell stories, do quizzes, and experiment with our lovely platform in whatever ways we find.

We know this is a sub-forum for Asian and European countries but we welcome members from all over the world to participate in this activity as festivals are for spreading love and peace.๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

Please Remember: this is 7cups . We have to keep in mind the 7 cups of open, love, practice calm, accept, live, care and commitment!!! So we will refrain from triggering and sensitive information and only spread positivity from this initiative...

Hi,

I am Hindu and I would like to know can you please share some Hindu festivals with me that I can celebrate? I didn't have a good experience at the temple I was at and that's the only Hindu temple in my city.

Thank you,

Amiablestrings
