Affirmations are short, generally positive, statements or phrases that can help challenge negative or challenging thoughts. Affirmations work by leading to long-term changes in the way we think and feel, and so many people find them helpful.
While there may be many affirmations you can look up on the internet for several topics, writing your own affirmation for yourself, generally or for a specific challenge, can be powerful on its own.

I listen to Affirmations on the way to work every day but don't remember any of them.
I can make it out of any difficult situation. I can do this . Just be myself ( yourself) .
Work it out, it works out to workout
