Our Favorite Affirmations
Affirmations are short, generally positive, statements or phrases that can help challenge negative or challenging thoughts. Affirmations work by leading to long-term changes in the way we think and feel, and so many people find them helpful.
While there may be many affirmations you can look up on the internet for several topics, writing your own affirmation for yourself, generally or for a specific challenge, can be powerful on its own.

I came up with one earlier today, when I did a meditation before work, but I forgot to write it down! It was out of nowhere, basically "My heart is healing, my path is free"
I am not the people who cannot love me.
"It's okay, It won't hurt"
Affirmations are a great thing when you are trying to... Well, those who know will understand
You only run out of love if you stop making it.....
Today will be great then other day. I loved today ❤️
It’s not my affirmation but it’s something I know from Andreas Haukeland (TIX): “It will either be ok, or it will go away” -> “Enten går det bra, Ellers går det over” is the original in Norwegian.
@SoulfullyAButterfly sure my affirmation is: I'm beautiful inside out, that attracts me to endless amazing opportunities in the future.
