Lugbelkis is a verified active listener on 7 Cups since February 2021. She is a social media manager for almost 6 years and writing has been her passion since a very young age. As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression for years, she is passionate about creating awareness of mental health difficulties and diminishing the stigma around this. She has done several courses on psychology, been part of several online support groups, and is currently moderating a local mental health support group that shares tips, experiences, and coping tools with the members.
