Hi Everyone! I started my 7 Cups journey in march 2020 and am currently a sharing circle host and room supporter in the community rooms at 7 Cups. I have also completed a 15-week internship with 7 Cups with honours and become a verified listener. I am currently participating in the Content Development and Leadership programme to help develop my written communication and extended writing skills, as well as starting to write Q&A articles to put these skills into practice. I am a student aspiring towards a healthcare career with a passion for spreading awareness for mental health online. In my time at 7 Cups, you can find me in the group support rooms and sharing circle, or connecting 1-on-1 with members.

I am really interested in developing content on the topic of anxiety, depression, OCD and different forms of CBT.

What I am Currently Working On
I have just finished my article for the CDM programme, so will be continuing on with this programme for a while. I'm also hopefully starting an Honours project soon, helping to edit other articles that have been written which I am really excited about doing!
