Today I challenge you to make a list of 10 things you feeling grateful for, it can be anything, there are no rules.

If you enjoy this exercise, try to do it at least once a week to cultivate positivity and a different mind set.

@plumOwl5183 Such a lovely post! To booth, I saw it on Gratitude Day which is celebrated annually on September 21st. What a coincidence! This is an exercise I try to employ daily. I take some time to reflect on all the amazing things I’ve encountered. Indeed, it does foster positivity and mind set.

Challenge accepted! Here are ten things I feel grateful for (in no particular order):

This emotionally supportive platform, the people I’ve met here, waking up this morning, seeing the beautiful sunrise, the sunset, good health, having food, my garden, jasmine tea, this post. 💓
