Work overload
I've just come back to work today. An absolute mess in the fresh foods chiller where all the stock goes.
I didn't do a very good job on Friday. Mainly because I'm unfit and overweight.
I'm finding this Christmas thing, where they send more stock in an absolute nightmare.
As you can imagine I'm not in a great place right now. I have depression and I don't think I'm particularly well liked here at work.
I know it would be easier to walk away but I really need to organise my personal life better so that I might be able to cope better at work.

Work and especially stressful times for your situation take a toll on everyone... It can feel like you are doing as much as you can but things keep coming... It is also harder when you feel or think others are not friendly with you etc. if you want to work on yourself and focus on that work is just a step to it .... one or two maybe several times a day we have small victories but we tend to focus on the part we did not get done or we could have done better...
when i feel stress or overwhelmed and i did work retail type jobs for years through the holidays.... i kept track of only my victories or small wins and if you want to get in shape working can be exercise and some movements can remind ourselves of what we would like to change etc.
