Work anxiety tips
I tend to follow a cycle of getting tired, which leads to insecurity, which leads to my perception of reality being distorted, which leads to me being self-critical... and the ball keeps rolling and it's really draining my energy.
Do you guys have some tips on how to handle this?
@KOEKIKI Hi! Whenever I lose control, I tend to take a step back and try to break it down step by step. I think recognizing your situation is a great start, and treating yourself with kindness instead of being critical will be a good starting point. From there, you can take baby steps to solve your issue instead of trying to do it all at once. Instead of beating yourself up, try to motivate yourself and keep going! There are so many people who are there for you, and I know you can do it!
Thank you, yesterday I found out that my problem stems from thinking too much instead of doing. It's to avoid getting judged... It's nice that someone also sees what I should do. I'll do my best to relax more. I hope that I can also believe that other people cheer for me too, since at the moment it's hard to.
