Toxic Boss but good company perks

I have a really toxic manager who don’t respect, yell all the time, when problem arise will blame and embarrass tram member rather than solving the problem. Been working here many yr but lately feels like i couldn’t cope with it anymore. I dont lnow if moving to a new job will be better?i am worried it will jus a a different *** elsewhere.

Here i hv a perks of wfh n other benefits were pretty good which 99% i wont get if i to change job. Im at the verge dealling with my manager… would like here frm anyone who have such experience.
