Nightmare of an autodidact programmer

4-5 years of software enthusiasm has made me a good programmer in my opinion. I know 13 languages and have 40k lines of maintainable code in mostly C++ and JS.

I regret never networking (ASD and introvert) and have no clue on how to land a job as an autodidact, I find talking to people harder than talking to the CPU and neither do I enjoy it in my current predicament.

I'm not going near HR anymore that will probably break me if I continue. I thought about GitHub contributions on open source projects and I'd like some confirmation if this actually works.
