Hello, there have been restructuring in my office and suddenly I'm given responsibilities that my manager was handling. He is now handling another complex project. This all happened within two days and there's a lot of work to do with junior resources. Feeling scared and anxious with the new responsibility

Sudden changes when you are asked to step up and take over responsibilities of a boss or someone who might have done it differently. Be confident they must have faith in you to give you more responsibility and when in doubt everyone likes to be asked for advice and input.
