I have heard there are some techniques that help with disturbing sensations, did you learn any that helps you a bit?

I do too. Personally I feel almost like fur or fuzz on my nose and no matter what I do I can’t get it off. I also feel like I’m being touched 24/7, it doesn’t mix well with OCD because i feel so uneven during these episodes. I don’t know what to do about it
