In another reality..?

Does anyone feel like they're in another reality? I always see something happening with the colors of everything and going into a different reality. It scares me. Does anyone feel that way? I've a diagnosis of schizophrenia and maybe it's because of that but I'm not sure anymore and I think it's something from the different reality telling me things through colors. It feels scared and confusion
