Hello, im new here and I have many questions about Bipolar disorder since I might be getting diagnosed too, I feel so lost and don't know what to do
bp is really tough To figure out, but I’m glad you’re here And that you’re Reach reaching out for support! Just being able to vent When you know that you’re feeling too up or too down To nonjudgmental people who can pray for you Really helps I think. Just imagine how every time you tell a little piece of your story Even if just one person sends a heart or one person replies There are actually another 10 or 20 who were encouraged just by reading it Even if they didn’t know what to say or they were so down that they just didn’t have the energy. But that’s 10 or 20 people who don’t feel so alone because they recognize that what you are going through is the alot like what they are going through. And then you have 10 or 20 people praying for you. I’m praying for you right now for real 💛
