Bipolar 2, hypersexuality, and Self Diagnosis

I’m embarrassed to post this but need help. Can anyone provide guidance on how to tell the difference between bipolar related hypersexuality, sex addition, or other?

Would prefer to start this journey on my own but will certainly look to a medical professional should I hit dead ends.

I am paranoid to begin with so what I’m concerned about could be nothing to worry over.
