Both time related, in that depression is thoughts about the past and anxiety is about the future.

Hey @Sam7169 ! You asked if depression and anxiety were related. I would say they are not related other than both being mental health disorders but I would talk to a psychiatrist or a doctor more about them and they can give you all the answers you need. :)
