Post med help?

I recently had a bad reaction to my medication and am now in between meds. So currently I'm not on anything until my next meeting with my doctor! And its becoming to be a bit harder and more unpredictable than I thought. Any tips or tricks to help with the symptoms of bipolar depression to get me through the next few weeks??
