How does the effect of online counselling to clients?

Hey everyone! I'm doing some research on online counselling and I'd love to hear your thoughts. (I have had BD for 2 years and want to try other ways to slow down the onset. )

Hi! I've done online counseling since August 2020 (due to pandemic) and it can be helpful. It all of course depends on you, the counselor/therapist and what you are willing to put into it and receive from it! There was one element for me where I felt lonely when the Zoom calls ended because there is no physical entrance/exit being established for the brain to make that "I'm here/I'm leaving" connection.
