me too, all the fucking time and it won’t go away and i keep lashing out on others and it doesn’t stop and i fucking hate it so much but it’s the only way i can heal from what happened

I'm not gonna tell anyone to not be mad. That's unhelpful and maybe even hurtful. But I have two pretty much opposite questions:
1. Can you name exactly what you're mad at? (If not, that's fine. It's just something I try sometimes that helps - naming and addressing the thing itself when the emotion is overwhelming)

2. What's the last thing you laughed at that was really funny? Even if it was a while ago.
