Not sure how to go about it

Hi i am havign a really hard time communitcating my need whens i get frustraed and i also have a super hard time wiht texters and i get yelled at conctently for them i was wondring if any one had any tips that could help me over come this as its very stessfull and being frustrated tends to make me go nonveurbale then i jsut spiral from there
