Baby steps and bad days

So hi again so I just wanted to share a bit of information regarding some progress I've made, so for a while now I've been on and off about using "baby steps" as a means of tracking certain goals I've been striving towards making the main reason why it's been an off and on deal is mainly due to how my brain processed having a bad day as essentially having to start from scratch. (which I now admit was pretty dumb on my part) but thanks to having a bit of a chat with someone and getting a different perspective on things now I'm gonna try to even treat the bad days and my flaws as things to work on as opposed to being ashamed about them and working on being better as a person 😊
