My worst day of life.

I have tested positive for corona few months ago and on the 9th day of isolation i felt my oxygen level was getting down and up and down. It was very difficult to breath as i was thinking more about what will happen next. I had to leave for hospital but they have refused to take me because i was doing fine with my oxygen level their. So we went home and i took a pill of anti anxiety , well i piece of advice it do not work. Do i would recommend not to take pills. However now i am fine .👍

@Drishtiizz
I'm happy to hear you are doing better.
There is an exercise I used to do to strengthen my lungs at one stage ( I was struggling to perform an adequate lung capacity test at my cardio exams even though I theoretically had the capacity ). Speak to your house doctor or a health professional and ask them about exercises for your lungs. It's a very simple exercise and you can do it with household items.

Gosh @Drishtiizz , Glad to hear you are better now. I can understand your anxiety and fear. Even on a normal day , when someone has breathing problems , that person becomes anxious n fearful. Hope you eat well and rest well to improve your immune system.
