Not sure if this is anxiety but I thought it'd fit here

I have a fear of becoming a bad person as I get older and it feels inevitable

I think it's inevitable that you will mess up sometimes as life goes on, but that's not being a bad person, it's just being human. It sounds like being "good" is important to you and you are anxious you might not live up to your values.
