Anxious to the point that I'm just hating people. Usually tolerant of dmall differences, right now I don't even want to think about my colleagues and other people I normally face in real life. Do you feel the same way sometimes or is it just... Me

Hello Jenim,

When I’m mentally exhausted or when my nerves become overly sensitized by too much stress, I have a hard time tolerating anything, include waiting in line or being patience with loved ones. When that happens, I slow things down and make sure I get enough rest. It usually takes a few weeks for my nerves to settle down. Have you been under a lot of stress or prolonged stress? If so, your intolerance might be from your body secreting stress hormones, which can cause the symptoms you described in your post.

Yes I have been under prolonged stress. It has been 3 weeks since I have been in a lower mood than usual. I'm weighed down by both depression and anxiety so overall it's crushing me these days.
