i feel out of control
anxiety isnt new to me, however my worsening symptoms is. My chest is in pain, its so sharp and feels awful. I feel like i cant breathe and im spiraling. I cant stop the thoughts and calming down or feeling normal feels impossible. I just broke up with my partner and he keeps trying to contact me when i dont want that. I feel so awful and crummy in my own body and i hate it with every fiber of my being. I want to be okay again, i dont know what to do. I feel like i have no control of my own body anymore.

To control your anxiety you can meditate, practice yoga, Journal, eat healthy foods, drink lots of water, sleep well and doing something you love everyday. I hope all the things I just mentioned help.
