I keep hurting myself yesterday resulted in a broken wrist

in the last 5 yrs I've had 2 broken ankles, a broken knee cancer, last week a colostomy surgery and now this

I can't take any more -why is this happening to me and now I cant use my hand for work or recreation - just sitting here crying
