What has been working for you for anxiety?

What's been helping me lately? I've been writing a lot more.
Like a lot more, I stepped away from my book for a little bit and decided to start writing fan fiction lol.
Watching my favorite show
when I'm super stressed and am having my little chest and stomach butterflies (today they feel more like locusts) the best thing lately for me is doing some hyper-concentrate-y breathing practice, like 4x4 breathing or if I can't seem to even concentrate on that I just count my breaths and try to make the inhale and exhale as long and smooth as I can. days like today I have to do it several times but it does work for a bit at least - sometimes enough to get some work done or just to be calm for a while and get a little rest from it.
