Weird Symptoms?

IddyG April 10th, 2019

My usual physical symptoms for anxiety are getting shaky anywhere, and having that queasy feeling in your chest sometimes.

But y'now that hard, pressurable feeling you get in your head when you stay upside down for too long? Its not a headache, nor does it feel really painful.

That happens sometimes, except I'm never upside down.

It happens in the forehead and it can feel very irritating, eventually it does go away on its own...but it comes back like a bug.

Also, sometimes my bottom limbs will feel very weird and numb.

All lf this makes me a bit anxious in thinking I'm having a seizure, not true.

Do you think these are normal? It never happened before I was diagnosed. Hopefully it is.

@IddyG

Hiya Iddy. I have some experience on this as I studied psychology and how t affects the body. I don't want to bore you with a bunch of facts, but know that this is perfectly normal. Feeling a 'preassure in your head without pain' is what's called tension and it is a normal symptom of anxiety. Your lower limbs going numb may mean that you were close to collapsing. They are all normal and you shouldn't be scared. It'll be okay, but if you feel as if you may fall or have a seizure, maybe contact your doctor if you can. And you're perfectly fine to ask for help <3

Oh no, I think those kinds of facts are very interesting. In fact, I myself like to do a lot of research on the web to answer my questions.

But thanks for giving me some useful info!

And huh, I never would have guessed its a sign of collapsing. Usually when I get this feeling, I'm laying in my bed or at least sitting down. I haven't fainted, and hopefully I never will.

Thank you again! I definetely will call for help if needed.
